At Senior Express we strive to provide all types of transportation options and have our vehicles be as accessible as possible for all our clients. All our vehicles are late model minivans, which are much more comfortable for our passengers. We work with everyone to provide the best experience possible when they are under our care while we get them to their destination timely and safely.

How Do I Scheulde a Ride?
Call us! Our number is 414-454-8565 We have always provided easy booking via our office phone line. When booking, please have your information ready to ensure that your booking is accurate. We require the address of pick up and drop off, as well as the time of the appointment. Please let us know of any special accommodations you may need.
What Can Drivers Assist With and Accomodate?
All of our driving staff at Senior Express are trained in safety and Passenger Assistance Training to best accommodate our clients. Below is a list of special assistances that Senior Express regularly handles:

What type of Insurance do you accept?
Currently we accept My Choice Wisconsin Family Care, Veyo/MTM and United Health Care.
What payment methods are accepted?
For private pay rides we accept credit and debit cards as well as offer a cash pay option. Cash payments must be made upon entry into the van.

How soon do I need to call to schedule a ride?
We recommend calling about a ride 3-4 business days in advance (if possible) to guarantee we can accommodate the ride. Wednesdays are high call volume days.
Do you offer reoccurring rides? (Dialysis, Day programs, etc.)
We do offer reoccurring/subscriptions rides for all our clients. Please reach out to our office to see if we can accommodate reoccurring trips and get you set up as a regular client.
Do you offer door to door assistance?
Yes! Our drivers will always be there to assist you into the van as well as into your appointment suite if needed.
Do you allow escorts/companions on rides?
Yes! If you have a caregiver or family member that needs to accompany you on a ride that is no problem at all. For more than one escort please reach out to our office for scheduling and pricing.
Do you allow service animals in the van?
Yes! Senior Express regularly transports various types of service animals.
I’m moving, can I still use Senior Express?
Yes! We regularly help transport clients between facilities and can accommodate extra bags. If bringing more than 2 large bags, please reach out to our office for scheduling.
Can I bring my own Oxygen tank?
Yes! We can accommodate up to 3 Oxygen tanks.
What if I need to cancel my ride?
We understand life happens and you may need to cancel your ride. Please call our office to get the ride cancelled as soon as possible. Same day cancels do have a small fee. If you call after business hours to cancel for the next day there is still a cancellation fee.
Do you transport out of normal business hours? (Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm)
Yes! Here at Senior Express we understand life is always changing and you may need a ride outside of our typical business hours for day surgeries, dialysis, medical testing and even family events. We do our best to accommodate each client’s needs. Please reach out to our office immediately if you need to inquire about a ride outside of our typical operating hours or on a weekend.
Do you transport outside the Metro-Milwaukee area?
Yes! Senior Express takes pride in offering out of county transport for our clients. Call our office and inquire about a long-distance ride today.
Will the driver wait with me at my appointment?
Yes and no. Our drivers can wait up to 15 minutes with a client. If you’re making a quick stop at a pharmacy to grab a prescription our drivers will gladly wait for you. For typical doctor’s appointments we ask our clients to call into the office to let us know when they’re ready for pick up.
I have an emergency and need a ride.
We do our best to accommodate same day emergency rides. Please call our office right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate a same day add on.
Does Senior Express provide wheelchairs, scooters, etc.
Currently we do not offer wheelchairs or other medical equipment. Clients must have their own wheelchair and/or scooter.
I’m being discharged from a hospital and need a ride.
We work with many local hospitals and facilities and will do our best to accommodate same day discharges.
I’m done with my appointment, now what?
After you’re done with your appointment and you do not have a scheduled return ride please call our office at 414-454-8565 and hit #1 for dispatch. Let the dispatcher know you’re ready to go home and we’ll be there within 45 minutes to take you back home.
